My Services

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, providing evidence-based therapy and consultation services to tweens, teens, and adults in the Green Lake neighborhood of Seattle, as well as via telehealth. I am trained to work with people across the lifespan and enjoy doing so. I especially love working with adolescents and younger adults (13 to 30), as well as parents seeking support and strategies for parenting teens and young adults. I see people seeking help for a range of concerns including, but not limited to:

  • Gender Identity Development, (Transgender, Non-binary, Gender Queer, Gender Questioning)
  • Depressive Disorders
  • Anxiety (social anxiety, specific phobias, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder)
  • OCD, hair pulling & skin picking
  • Parenting an anxious, depressed or strong-willed teen or young adult, including launching to independence
  • ADHD (including Adult ADHD)
  • Difficulty managing strong emotions
  • Relationship/Interpersonal Issues
  • Academic/Career Issues (especially college transition and entering the workforce after college or time away from work)

Fees and Insurance

The fee for a 55-60 minute psychotherapy session is $225, with a limited number of lower fee slots available. The initial (intake) appointment is $275 -$450 for 60- to 120-minutes. I also offer a free 20-minute phone consultation before scheduling the intake to help us determine if we are a good fit for each other.

Please note that I am out-of-network for insurance. I ask for payment at time of service and provide clients with a statement  they can submit to their insurance carrier for reimbursement.  I encourage you to ask your insurance carrier what your out-of-network coverage is for behavioral health as policies differ.

Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next. Delicious ambiguity.
